dv999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

6. By registering, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
7. dv999 reserves the right to decline registration applications or suspend existing accounts at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent or prohibited activity.

1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dv999 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
2. dv999 recommends that Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to provide an additional layer of security. dv999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
3. You must notify dv999 immediately via the live chat support channel if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
4. dv999 will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel requesting your full password. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the dv999 security team.
5. Any activity conducted on your dv999 Account by any person using your credentials shall be attributed to you and shall be your responsibility, unless you have previously notified dv999 of unauthorised access as described in clause 4.3.

1. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements.
2. Before any withdrawal is processed, dv999 requires Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification, including submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport for Pakistani players).
3. dv999 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the selected payment channel and applicable verification requirements. dv999 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.

2. Where a general wagering requirement applies to a bonus, it must be completed in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
